We were there 5 minutes (!!!!!!) before the opening. When asked by the employee whether we could just order something to drink, it became very dry with "no, only in 5 minutes!" answered. Thank you, that's it - we got up and looked for something else. We don't feel like going to kindergarten!

Cafe Baden is a small nice restaurant. The beautiful wooden counter in a warm reddish brown color, as well as the wood paneling along the walls in the same shade create a pleasant feeling of well-being. The selection of the menu with German-Italian cuisine is very large and versatile. In addition to the typical dishes with pork and beef, as well as fish, various pizzas and pastes are offered; and what I've never seen before in a German-Italian eatery: sausage salad and also tarte flambée. In addition to the food on the menu are various changing dishes on offer. I ate pork steaks with chanterelles in cream sauce with homemade spaetzle and salad, which was delicious. I was particularly happy about the homemade spaetzle, because you rarely get it in a restaurant, and certainly not in a German-Italian restaurant. The selection of drinks is great: various beers, red and white wine and rose wine, soft drinks and coffee. The small beer garden in front of the restaurant is idyllic and cozy. The waiters are all very friendly and attentive.

I ordered two scoops of ice cream here, which then fell on the ground while I was running away with the money. The waitress said I should come back and gave me two new balls of ice cream. I've never experienced anything so friendly!

The boss Pablo is great served us on September 1st, 2018. But the waitress Manuela, who didn't want to serve us for private reasons, and runs to the boss to ask him to serve us because she refuses to serve us very unfriendly to us as guests. It was not intended to eat there, but it was recommended to us as we were passing through. You can do without such unfriendly service.
